At RSPD, we believe in supporting the communities in which we live and work. As part of this commitment, we are proud to invest in local initiatives that promote opportunity, teamwork, and personal development.
During the 2024/25 season, RSPD had the privilege of sponsoring a local girls’ football team. It was an honour to support such a dedicated and talented group of young players, whose passion, determination, and team spirit were evident throughout the season.
Their achievements on and off the pitch were truly inspiring, and we are incredibly proud to have played a small part in their journey. The team’s success reflects not only their hard work and commitment but also the positive impact that grassroots sport can have in building confidence, resilience, and community connections.
Supporting local sport is just one of the ways RSPD aims to give back. We recognise the importance of encouraging young people, promoting inclusivity, and contributing to the strength of our local community, where we also collaborate with local colleges and universities to provide valuable insight to our industry and promote the development of young civil engineering professionals and all levels. We look forward to continuing our involvement in similar initiatives in the future.
